I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of Vigo, where I found a variety of lovely restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was situated right on the Alogh ski slope, which was a real treat for me as a ski enthusiast. In fact, the Junior World Downhill Ski Championship took place here last year! The service at this hotel was top-notch, with a car hire facility available and a range of shops and commercial services nearby. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink and the staff provided excellent assistance with tours and tickets. The room was beautifully furnished, with a sitting area and a terrace offering stunning views. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities provided were excellent, including heating, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The hotel's dining options were fantastic, with in-room breakfast available and a bar/lounge area where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The spa and wellness center at this hotel were simply amazing. I indulged in the hot tub and sauna and enjoyed a rejuvenating massage. The heated swimming pool and spa lounge were the perfect places to relax and unwind. The garden area was also a lovely spot to spend some time, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected throughout my stay. I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel.

I loved the stunning views of the Dolomites from the hotel's south side windows or balcony. It was amazing to watch the Alogh ski slope directly from the room. The location was perfect, just a 5 minutes walk to the town center with some excellent restaurants around. Additionally, this hotel had spotless cleanliness, well-maintained hotel facilities, and smooth transportation with the ski bus stop in front of it.

The breakfast was good, with a lot of choices and good quality food. The location of the hotel was perfect, really close to the ski slope and the hiking trails. , the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The room was not as good as I expected, with outdated facilities and an uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was small and the shower was not working properly.

The hotel had a great spa with a sauna and hot tub. the room was spacious and clean. the view was amazing with a beautiful natural landscape. It was located near good restaurants and outdoor activities.

Our romantic escape was not as pleasant as we expected.

The location of this hotel is great for skiing, with Alogh ski slope and the Junior world downhill ski championate nearby. there are lovely restaurants close by, either in the center of the village or in other villages. the breakfast was of high quality, and the room itself was clean and had comfortable beds.

The staff seemed disorganized and were not accommodating.
